NM Neo Mind recognize the issue of local food in southern border provinces which aims to empower women in southern border provinces who are unemployed, low income, and single parent in both urban and coastal communities as well as youth will be key to pass on local wisdom and add value for better livelihoods in the province. Youth can be an effective online promoter of such knowledge working alongside the women and other sector in the communities.
